5 Quick Self-Care Tips!
1) Take a few minutes each day to breath and stretch!
2) Get outside for at least 20 minutes each day for fresh air!
3) Try to exercise at least 30 minutes each day! You can take a walk or do yoga. 
4) Drink plenty of water!
5) Engage in positive self-talk. Remind yourself about your good qualities and tell yourself about the positive things you have done or plan to do.
